FAQ – Custom Orders, Shipping & Returns
How Custom Orders Work
Phase 1 - Customization Order Details - Ordering a custom figure is easy! Simply purchase our Custom Personalized Little People Style Figures product and include your personalization details and photos at checkout — or send us a message with your request. We'll confirm the details with you before we begin production. You can customize hair colour, skin tone, clothing, accessories, and more. The more detail you provide, the better we can match your vision!
Phase 2 - Prototype images will be sent to you for your review and approval before actual production begins. At this stage you can still request changes.
Phase 3 - Production Print - once you approve the prototype images, we then begin with production. Images of actual produced figures are then sent to you to ensure you are happy with them before we ship it out. Changes are very limited at this stage.
Turnaround Time
Custom and made-to-order figures typically take 14-20 business days to produce, depending on complexity and current order volume. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is in production and again when it ships.
Materials & 3D Print Quality
Our custom figures are 3D-printed using high-quality, durable resin or PLA filament, then hand-finished for a polished look. Each piece is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen, but we work hard to match your specifications as closely as possible.
Shipping – Canada & United States
We ship worldwide. Here's what to expect:
- Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production is complete.
- United States: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production is complete. Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
- International: Standard shipping typically takes 20-30 business days after production is complete.
Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom & made-to-order items: Because every custom figure is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
