Custom and made-to-order items
All custom 3D-printed figures and accessories are made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Before your figure goes into final production, we'll send you a prototype photo for approval. Once you've approved it, we move forward with production — so please review your prototype carefully.
If there is a defect or error on our end (wrong character, broken piece, missing part), we will remake or replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
Vintage Fisher-Price originals
Vintage items are sold as described and photographed. Condition notes are included in each listing — please read them before purchasing.
We do not accept returns on vintage items unless the item arrives significantly not as described. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll work with you to make it right.
Seasonal and in-stock items
Items such as diorama accessories, light boxes, display cards, and apparel are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Damaged or lost in shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either replace your order or issue a full refund — your choice.

Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund as time and production materials may already be in use and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Original FP orders can be cancelled any time before they ship.
