Processing time
All custom 3D-printed figures and accessories are made to order. Please allow 14–20 business days from order confirmation to shipment. For custom personalized figures, this includes your prototype approval step — we'll reach out with a photo of your figure before it goes into final production.
Vintage Fisher-Price originals and replacement parts ship within 3–5 business days of your order.
Seasonal and in-stock items (diorama accessories, light boxes, display cards, apparel) ship within 3–5 business days.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays outside our control.
Shipping carriers
We ship from Canada using comparable carriers. Tracking information is provided for all orders once shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not able to predict what these charges will be — please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows your package has not moved in 10+ business days (domestic) or 20+ business days (international), please contact us at the email below and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
