Purchase Options Policy - Layaway/Deposits


Layaway Term/Plan: A deposit is required to secure your order. We store your payment method on file in order to charge the remaining balance at a future date when the 30 days full payment date is due, product is completed and/or ready for shipping.

If you wish to change the payment method used for the balance payment, please contact me.

Shipping Timeline: Shipping will occur after production is complete and only after the balance payment has been received in full. 

Cancellations: Life happens and sometimes customers are no longer interested in fulfilling the Layaway plan.  In such cases, deposits made are non-refundable as item(s) were put on hold for you (which could have been purchased by others).

Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits for made-to-order products are non-refundable as they cover material and labor costs.
